Kasey Sennett Marshall

Paralegal

Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Kasey attended college at Eastern Kentucky University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a minor in psychology.

Kasey spent 10 years serving her community on the Lexington Police Department, during which time she served as a patrol officer for three years, while also serving in the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Unit on multiple temporary assignments. She then earned her Detective’s badge, achieving her goal of joining the Special Victim’s Section in the Crimes Against Children Unit. She spent 6.5 years within this unit, where she investigated abuse allegations for two years then took on the role of the missing/ running away juvenile detective, and then transitioned into the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) position. Coming from a family of lawyers, paralegals, judges and police officers, Kasey also has her paralegal certification and is instructor certified through KLEC.

Outside of work, she is devoted to her three-year-old daughter and family.
