Cameron D. Allen

Associate

Prior to joining L.S. Miller Law, Cameron provided defense representation to insurance company clients with a primary focus on bad-faith litigation.  He also practiced defense of employment and civil rights claims on behalf of boards of education and other local governmental entities in central and eastern Kentucky.

With a background in both criminal and civil defense, Cameron brings a unique perspective to the firm and his experience includes representing sheriffs, jailers, mayors and other elected personnel during critical moments.  His police practice includes representing officers during critical incidents and officer-involved shootings and defending the expanding area of lawsuits filed against police officers, such as malicious prosecution, illegal search and seizure, false arrest and excessive force.
