Brittany is an experienced attorney who has served on both sides of the āvā during criminal jury trials and criminal appeals. Following admission to the Florida Bar, she began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida. She later transitioned to representing criminal defendants.
While in Kentucky, Brittany was privileged to gain federal court experience while serving as a U.S. Probation Officer and an Assistant U.S. Attorney, both in the Eastern District of Kentucky.
Her wide range of experience has afforded her opportunities to teach law students, licensed attorneys, and law enforcement officers. These opportunities include having served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Kentucky College of Law and having served on the Legal Studies Advisory Board for Seminole State College.
