Aaron Ann is honored to be the Managing Attorney at L.S. Miller Law. She has previously practiced in the areas of civil, administrative and criminal law. However, the majority of her background is in public service. Aaron Ann was a Staff Attorney at the National Traffic Law Center at the National District Attorneys Association, educating prosecutors and other traffic safety professionals on commercial driver’s licensing issues, with a focus on human trafficking in the trucking industry. She previously worked with the Kentucky State Police (KSP) as an Attorney in the Office of Legal Services, teaching at the Academy and advocating for KSP. While there, Aaron Ann was appointed as the law enforcement-focused Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor based at KSP. Before that, Aaron Ann served as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney with the Fayette County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office as a member of the Special Victim’s Unit. Prior to that, she was in the Special Prosecutions Unit at the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office. She began her legal career as criminal prosecutor at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Illinois.
Aaron Ann is a member of the Kentucky State Police Academy’s Staff, an alumnus of and in the faculty database at the National Judicial College in Reno, Nevada, a contract staff member with the National Center for State Courts and a member of the Kentucky CDL Advisory Committee.
